Design happens with your real content in real layouts, reviewed at 375px and 1440px, because most of your traffic is a phone. Then it gets hand-built to an agreed performance budget, and launched properly — domain, analytics, Search Console, the lot.
A focused site goes from brief to live in about a week. Hrizl did exactly that, and it is still running on its own domain. Larger builds with custom motion or commerce run three to six weeks.
